 4 Levels of Play Progression 

FORCE Juniors Volleyball League: 9's- 14's

This is a no cut/tryout league focusing on train, play and FUN!

Emphasis is an entry/age appropriate skill level to work on the mastery of the technical aspects of the game. Fun is the name of the game which includes touch on the ball, passing, serving, hitting and setting. Learning the rotational rules and roles to train on the court. All players are trained to play all positions for their future growth. Teams will train for one hour and play for another hour. At the end of the session a FORCE Juniors Volleyball League tournament will be held at a central Gymnasium. This league is offered at various locations. Teams are formed according to ages and skill levels.

Regional Elite JO Team:  11U, 12U 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U

Emphasis at this age is for players to continue to play, condition and train during their off season. Practice commitment is 2 sometimes 3 times a week. Practice commitment is needed to insure continued development as an individual player and team development. The Regional Elite teams travel a maximum of 1 1/2 hours to tournaments approximately 1-2 weekends a month. The season begins mid December and commences during May in Columbus.  Every effort will be made to ensure players are competing at the highest level of competition as possible. 

American JO Team: 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U

Emphasis at this stage is to fine tune every aspect of the player in preparation for their next level of competition. Practice commitment of 3 times a week is needed to insure individual and team progress. Every effort will be made to provide opportunities for players to compete in events that gain the maximum amount of exposure, and competition including American 2 day challenges. American teams can travel up to 3-4 hours in distance and overnight stays.

American Elite 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U

Emphasis at this stage is relying on players advanced skill level to compete at the highest level of competition.

Practice commitment of mandatory 3 times a week which is needed to compete at this level. Every effort will be made to provide opportunities for players to compete in events such as President's Cup in Columbus, National Bid Qualifiers or state National Qualifying events. This level requires a time commitment of overnight stays.
